About AssetTrackly

Built during closeout season,
for everyone who dreads it.

Every grant-funded organization knows the ritual. The funding year ends, the program officer asks for the closeout report, and someone — usually whoever manages the technology — spends nights matching invoices to serial numbers, serial numbers to spreadsheet rows, and spreadsheet rows to a budget that was written eighteen months ago.

AssetTrackly exists because our founder lived that ritual from the inside. Working in IT for nonprofit and human-services organizations, he deployed laptops bought with federal grants, tracked devices lent to community programs, and rebuilt the same reconciliation spreadsheet every single funding cycle — because every asset tool on the market was built for corporations that have never heard of a grant closeout.

Generic asset trackers know what a laptop is. They don't know what a CARES Act closeout is. That gap costs mission-driven organizations thousands of hours a year.

So we built the tool we always wanted: an asset management platform where every device is tagged to the funding that paid for it, budgets reconcile themselves as you work, and the funder report is ready before the audit email arrives. Then we priced it the way we wish everything was priced for nonprofits — a genuinely useful free tier, and paid plans a program coordinator can approve without a committee.

Who we serve

Nonprofits managing devices across programs and funders. K-12 schools accountable to Title IV-A and E-Rate. NGOs running laptop-lending and digital-inclusion programs. Community organizations that receive donated equipment and owe their donors proper acknowledgment. If your technology is tied to someone else's money and mission, AssetTrackly was built for you.

Michael Borketey

FOUNDER

Michael is an IT professional who has spent his career supporting nonprofit and human-services organizations — managing device fleets, deploying grant-funded technology across departments and program sites, and sitting on the receiving end of more funder reporting deadlines than he'd like to count.

AssetTrackly began as the tool he kept wishing existed during closeout season. He built it for the IT coordinator with three jobs and one spreadsheet, the operations director who finds out about overspending at the board meeting, and every mission-driven team that deserves enterprise-grade accountability at a community-organization price.

What we believe

Accountability is the product

Our customers answer to funders, boards, and auditors. Everything we build serves that chain of trust — including how we run our own company.

Priced for the mission

Software for nonprofits should be affordable enough that using it is never the hard decision. Our free tier is genuinely useful, on purpose.

Nothing on the box that isn't in the box

Every feature on our pricing page exists, works, and is tested. If we haven't built it, we don't sell it.
